The official invitations are in the mail - finally - and with MANY, MANY thanks to Bridgette.
It seems that going to the post office with an exact mock-up of the invitation and asking for it to be weighed and priced does not always mean that you will receive the correct postage quote. Thankfully, we decided to meter the invites rather than put a menagerie of stamps on each envelope. With the meter linked to Studley Printing - all of the invites were returned to us in good shape rather than canceled and plastered with insufficient postage stickers.
Due to Bridgette's patience - standing at the kiosk at the post office for god knows how long print out additional postage stickers, which you can only request and pay for 5 at a time, they are finally in the mail.
Maybe we should have just done an Evite!?!
